By accessing and using Budify ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms of Service, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Budify is a cannabis tracking and strain database application that allows users to track their cannabis usage, explore strain information, and manage their cannabis inventory. The Service is provided for informational and personal tracking purposes only.

3. Age Restriction & UK Medical Use

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Service. Budify is intended for use by UK medical cannabis patients who have been prescribed cannabis-based medicinal products by a registered specialist doctor. By using Budify, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and are a registered medical cannabis patient in the UK.

4. Legal Compliance & Prescription Requirement

This Service is intended solely for individuals who have been legally prescribed cannabis-based medicinal products under UK law. Medical cannabis in the UK is regulated under the Misuse of Drugs Regulations 2001 (as amended in 2018). You are solely responsible for:

• •Ensuring you have a valid prescription from a registered specialist doctor
• •Complying with all UK laws and regulations regarding medical cannabis
• •Using cannabis only as prescribed by your healthcare provider
• •Not sharing or distributing your prescribed medication

Budify does not condone or promote illegal activity. Possession of cannabis without a valid prescription remains a criminal offence in the UK under the Misuse of Drugs Act 1971.

5. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of these Terms. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for any activities or actions under your account.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Elele Group and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Service:

• •For any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform unlawful acts
• •To violate any international, federal, provincial, or state regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances
• •To infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or those of others
• •To harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, disparage, intimidate, or discriminate
• •To upload or transmit viruses or any other type of malicious code
• •To collect or track the personal information of others

Budify is not a medical service and does not provide medical advice. The information provided through the Service is for informational purposes only and is not intended to be a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified health provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Elele Group, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Service.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes. Continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
